Dr. Joshua Ramey is a general dentist who prides himself in treating every patient like family. Dr. Ramey, a Virginia native, has practiced dentistry since 2009. After high school, he attended The College of William & Mary, obtaining a B.S. degree in Biology. Upon graduation, Dr. Ramey attended the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, where he was employed as a teaching assistant during his last year. During dental school, Dr. Ramey was awarded both a clinical commendation and a STARS performance recognition and was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Since graduation, Dr. Ramey has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, proudly serving our nation’s veterans as a general dentist and an attending with the Department of Veterans Affairs. He was also an adjunct assistant professor with the UNC School of Dentistry, teaching residents in the Advanced Education program.
Dr. Ramey is married with three beautiful boys, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah. He and his family make their home in Kernersville. In their spare time, they enjoy fishing, hunting, gardening, and participating in most water activities.
